ABC Digital Solutions, is a growing technology and managed services provider helping organisations improve their workplace technology, processes, and productivity. We deliver solutions across managed print, IT services, communications, connectivity, and workplace systems.
As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our operations team and are looking for a reliable and organised Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our operations department.
The Role
This is a key support role within our operations team, focused on back-office system administration, help desk coordination, and customer support. The successful candidate will play an important part in ensuring service requests are managed efficiently and operational processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls to the help desk and assisting customers with queries where possible
- Logging, updating, and managing support tickets within internal systems
- Contacting customers regarding meter readings, device information, and service queries
- Collecting, compiling, and accurately inputting operational data within internal systems
- Providing general administrative support to the operations team
- Supporting procurement activities, including ordering toner and parts
- Monitoring and updating job progress within internal systems
Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using internal systems and performing data entry
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Previous experience in administration, help desk support, operations, or customer service would be beneficial but is not essential, as training will be provided.
